(Adds steel figures, details) KIEV, Aug 17 (Reuters) - Ukraine's industrial output showed signs of improvement in July, growing 4.9 percent month-on-month though still over 26 percent below its levels of a year ago, data from the State Statistics Committee showed on Monday. The monthly growth helped slow the dramatic falls in production year-on-year -- in the first seven months production fell 30.4 percent against a 31.1 percent fall in the first half of this year.
